Booking Terms & Conditions To ensure we can provide the highest level of service for every guest, the following booking policy applies: A £27 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all massage appointments. Your appointment is confirmed only once the deposit has been received. The £27 deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, failure to attend your appointment, or arriving too late for your treatment will result in the loss of your deposit. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to relax and complete your consultation. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have allergies (including bee product allergies), or are undergoing medical treatment, please inform us when booking so we can advise whether the treatment is suitable.
