Crystal Salt Cave – Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Opened food or natural health products (including honey, propolis, bee pollen or royal jelly)
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers have the right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
