Processing and delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. UK delivery usually takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on the courier. These are estimates; the delivery charge and any more specific delivery estimate will be shown at checkout. Unless we agree another time, goods will be delivered within the period required by law.

Delivery charges and address

The delivery charge is shown before you place your order. Please check that your delivery details are correct and tell us promptly if you spot an error.

Delays or damaged parcels

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at info@crystalsaltcave.uk. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Our responsibility for goods and your legal remedies are not removed because a courier caused a delay or damage.
